<p>it blipped 2am ish GMT, [Removed for Content] annoying isn't it?  hopefully it'll be back up again soon. </p><p>(here's hoping and annoyed, AGAIN!)</p>

no announcements on the announcement page so I assume its an unplanned server outage

interestingly had to exit char sel and reload to get back in - other acct still showed "server (Down)" as i was logging in.. normally i'd see restore of connection without exiting Char select
