Problems with Character

<p>Getting a issue with one of my Toons . The error is The server could not find your character.Please exit and rerun patcher. After trying to rerun the patcher i get that error. Remember i can log into other characters on the same server but not just this one. </p><p>Did a update come down and you guys did not tell us???? Shame shame</p>

<p>Are you going through the character-select screen, or are you trying to log in directly from the launcher to a character? If you are, try going through the character-select screen. Sometimes the launcher's list gets out-of-sync, and going through normal character selection will usually fix it.</p>

<p>I am going through the launcher  and then character select. Why would it only happen to one character not all my other ones? </p>

Why would it only happen to one character not all my other ones? </p></blockquote><p>If the character itself isn't actually unavailable (stuck in a BG, on a down/closed server, etc) you can delete the LoginCache (or logincache-us) folder and the <accountname>_characters.ini file.</p><p>That clears up any cached links that may lead you to server addresses that have been changed or anything like that which could contribute to this issue.</p><p>PM me your Station Name directly and I'll manually verify where these characters are as well.</p>
