<p>this was changed awhile ago. the crit rate is low, but it does happen.</p>

<p>furnace of ro has always had a very small chance to crit.  like we're talking 1%.   you got lucky there.  it even says 1337.</p><p>since we're on the subject of that spell it would be nice if the description was changed to reflect the entire reason wizards' cast it:  which is the hidden elemental debuff.   You have to target and look at the debuff on the afflicted mob to even know its there, and most people dont.</p><p>this is well documented.</p>

<p>Actually, when they initially made pet stats shared (DoV Beta), all dumbfire pets were crit'ing, and nearly worth casting in heroic content.  They decided it was OP and removed it.</p>
