<p>I had previously watched the Sony press conference from Monday at E3. It reminded me just how big a corporation Sony actually is. Everything that conference projected was Sony Computer Entertainment - who manage the Playstation Network. Not to be confused with Sony Online Entertainment - who <em>don't</em> manage the Playstation Network. So SOE was never mentioned once at this press conference. Which really <em>irritated</em> me.</p><p>I was pleased to watch the podcast and understand SOE did have an E3 presence. After hearing the earlier demise of The Agency, it was nice to hear that game development isn't dead at SOE. It sounds like FanFaire might carry a bit more <em>oomph</em> than I originally thought it would.</p>
