Porcupine bug?

<p>Noticed the other day the triggers of porcupine arent occuring if your stiffled.  Not sure if only doesnt trigger if the fury is stiffled or if say it hits a mage and that mage is stiffled.</p><p>Is this a bug?  To me porcupine is a reactive damage. And shouldnt require "casting" to activate.</p>

<p>Hard for me to test that to be honest. Between signets/raid cure/HWtP/Serenity/Adornment/curing on time, I get stifled once maybe...every week or two for long enough that I'd even notice Porc not proccing. I'll keep an eye out though. The true beauty to porc isn't the reactive damage, anyways, though it's always nice to pad the parse. It's all about the buffage.</p>

<p>Easy testing: Mentor down, go to PoA cast porc....pull a HUGE group...get stiffled. watched the counters. </p><p>IF you use profit you can put porc on hotbar 10 and it will jump it up to top of maintained with counters remaining when its active.  Thats how i caught this. </p>
