Help with a transalation

<p>(Apologies if I posted this in the wrong area but figured it was the best place for this particular puzzle. Double apology if this has been asked/discused before.)</p><p>I am working on a project dealing with the "Clock of Clockwork Dreams" and needed to decipher and translate the writing.  Easy enough to figure out it was in Gnomish.  Have done the translation on both of the sides and the main cog.  The problem is with the bottom small cog.  The cog does appear to have the same word on it twice, however, it looks like one of the words is the mirror immage of the other making it a tad difficult to figure out the word. <p>Roughly looking at the top gear it says "RINGTINKERINGTINKER"   ... Ringtinker?... using the R to connect.</p><p>bottom gear is also rough.. CreateCreate... over and over?</p>

<p>Already knew that the top gear said tinkering going clockwise.  Create is sort of counter intuitive given the outcome of most gnomish tinkering experiments, however, it does make sense.</p><p>Thanx for the response.</p><p>Edit.  Grammar mistake.</p>
