Power proc BG earring

<p>I've searched and searched and searched flames as well. Everyone is referring to this magical bg power proc earring as the "bg power proc earring". So I go up to the jewelry vendor and I see 0 "bg power proc earring" I only see the runed mobius strip that gives power proc. Am I blind? What is the name of this earring? The ring was only available for the 1st BG season. It was actually not even a power proc but a huge in combat power regeneration. You can't buy it any longer.

In-combat power regen updates every 6 seconds, by the way, so you're looking at 1,250 power per minute from that earring. If you're having power issues, that thing definitely can help you.
