Could you describe the behavior a bit?

Does it happen right away or is it after a period of time has passed? How consistent is it and can you reproduce it at will, and how?

It always happens right away. If I've been in the game for more than about 15 minutes it wont freeze up at all. It generally happens as soon as I try to move but it also happens before I have a chance to try. I cant reproduce it at all, but it happens almost everytime I try to play.

I think a lot of times important questions are "skipped" that could protentially provide a very fast resolution. In your case, I'd like you to respond with the following:

1.) Are you using any third party UI's: Fetish, Profit, Drums, etc... ? If you don't know, odds are you are not.

2.) Are you using the Streaming or the Full Client for Everquest 2?

3.) What is your screen resolution set at and have you edited that in your options in Everquest 2 in any way? If so, what is your computer resolution (also mention refresh rate GHz) and what is indicated that Everquest 2 is using now?

4.) Are you running Everquest 2 , "As an Administrator"? Do you know how? If not, right click the Everquest 2 icon you use, and click on that option and see if perhaps the Launcher does an update you were missing.

5.) Have any windows updates occurred, any new programs installed or anything of that nature happened since you've been having these issues?

I can't think of anything else that would immediately be helpful... Let me know...

Oh good that you already know. Saves me plodding through trying to figure it all out lol. Any suggestions on what I can try?

1. No

2. I've tried both.

3. I'd have to figure out how to find it, but if you already know then that is awesome.

4. I use Windows XP

5. Not that I know of. I've only recently come back to EQII and have been having these problems since.

Open a support ticket and give me the incident number so we can track this if it is an issue on our side. Your connection attempts are generating errors I would like to review with you as well.

Some of these errors are system side and we do need a copy of your Windows Error Reporting which could potentially be several MB's large, much too large to paste here, to identify the culprit. This is contained in your MSINFO file that I would like you to generate (check my sig!) and attach to the ticket.
