Stuck in the Ocean

<p>With any toon whenever I zone from the great divide to the eastern wastes I end up in the ocean half way between the 2 zones and in the chat window it say "you can not do that water too deep"</p><p>The thing is do what.I am just going from one zone to the other.Happens on all toons.Any fix or any ideas?</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>You may have the same issue another customer did with long loading times.  Loading the griffon typically happens last and at times you can end up in the drink.</p><p>Can you post your DXDIAG information for me?  Top 3 sections, system/display/sound devices.  Don't need anything past those parts.</p>
