<p>I'm unable to access my UK accounts and have posted on the forums, tried to fix it (following a tech mods advice on an old post) and sent ( as per the rather off hand reply from a forum mod) a ticket in via email and have had no repsonse after 6 days either.</p><p>Not particularly acceptable in my opinion after what they have been eff-ing up over the past months, and to boot - what gives with rude responses?</p><p>Edit to add that Joshua helped me in double quick and a polite, friendly way over a different issue last week, so I was surprised to see something like being unable to play the game not addressed sooner.</p>

<p>I waited a few days for a response on my issue, then I went on live chat, waited about 30 minutes, then got a TSR who very patiently talked me through sorting my problem out in about 15 minutes. Now I know about that I won;t bother posting here again with an issue.</p><p>I accessed live chat from the station homepage.</p>
