I'm retruning to the game after several months away. I've done a fresh install and just need to patch. The launcher does the initial file scan, and then STARTS to download the patch. It tells me I have an estimated time of 8+ hours left, and after about a minute to a minute and a half, both bars fill up as if the patch is complete. The UPDATING button is grayed out and there is a "download" beneath that button that is clickable. Pressing "download" does nothing.

I am using Windows Vista and have in fact set it to run as admin, as well as setting it to run in compatibility mode for Windows service pack 2. I haev ALSO disable the UAC and my firewall and virus software, and even after a reboot, the patcher is doing the exact same thing. I'm at an absolute loss.
