No rineforced armor merchants for bg?

PVP armor needs to be better then BG armor in openworld and needs to only be able to be purchased with openworld faction, so we dont get all of Naggy disapearing into BG's for ez junker zerg farming of BG's for openworld PVP gear</p>

<p>Ya well the rineforced armor set bonuses arent really that great</p><p>the 35 toughness you get with 7 piece bonus is 0.5% less damage</p><p>and 6% less critical damage inflicted on you is also nothing when you take in account that u never get single crited dmg on you (170% pvp crit mit that i have)</p>
