Rage-Infused and Reinforced Armor not showing up at vendors

<p>Hello, my friend is having an issue with the new PvP armor sets not being shown at their vendors.  On all of his characters they show up, except for 1...his 44 Shadowknight.  Any ideas about why this is happening?  Thanks!</p>

<p>Are you using Shader 1 or 3?  Check with the opposite and let me know if it appears.  Might be missing a shader or something else for your race so thats another thing to check too.  In any case we'll get to the bottom of it!</p>

<p>I'm sorry if this is wrong, but the Shaders are used in actually rendering the armor on a character, right?  Because if so, that isn't the issue.  The issue I'm having is that tier 5 rage-infused or reinforced armor doesn't seem to exist, because no pieces appear to be for sale at the vendors for my t5 character either.  Sorry for the confusion, thank you for the reply though!</p>
