On one character (necro) in Timorous deep the loading screen freezes at "Updating Environment Map" when I try to log in. It has only happened in the past day. At first it was sporadic, but now it seems to be permanent. My mystic has no problems loading in. I've included instructions below on how to clear your game cache and configuration settings but before you move on to that let's go ahead and see if its a simple corrupted zone file.If you are using the streaming LaunchPad for Everquest II you can skip this as that particular LaunchPad uses a different file structure and these files will not exist.If you are on Station Launcher or the Full iteration of LaunchPad for Everquest II your game folder contains a PAK folder. This PAK folder contains each file for every zone there is. I would like you to locate this folder and search for all the Timorous Deep files (you can search the folder for TimorousDeep or timorous_deep). When you start your patcher again it will redownload these files and clear out any corruption they may have had previously.Now on to the game cache and configuration settings instructions.You may want to make backups and then delete the following files and folders:cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exeeq2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniStationname_characters.iniTo do this, please follow these directions:1. First look for your EverQuest II directory. I had this problem too..Here is how i fixed it.Deleted the contents of the cache folder and in the PAKS folder I deleted exp04_rgn_timorous_deep.pak and exp04_rgn_timorous_deep_SG.PAK.Logged in to EQ2 and the pak files downloaded and I was able to login to TD.

This is now happening to my character - Labrys, a beastlord on Crushebone - Also in Tim. Deep. I tried clearing my cache and deleting the 3 files in PAKS with Timorous in their name. No change. I'm going to put in a ticket to have my character moved for now, but this needs fixing.
