<p>So its well past 6am there.....still no phone support......It's not a holiday...Not a weekend... soooo turn off you "Sorry we are closed blah blah blah...message yes?</p>

<p>Just out of curiosity, are you on the East Coast? If so, Sony is in San Diego, so its 6 AM PST not EST when they are up and going. </p><p>Edit ***And just saw the "THERE" part of your post*** No clue then</p>

<p>Ya, i'm central so its only a couple hours off. Wouldn't be a problem if sony would allow us to xfer our toons between accounts online. So annoying. So very annoying.</p>

And that would mean on the east coast, they're open at 1 pm.</p>
