Focused Casting NOT working

<p>Any other warlocks not seeing their focused castings activating properly? There is no increase in casting speed/recovery after I click the buff... I'm sure this is just a bug...</p>

<p>...........</p><p>well...that's a suprise. Kind of a shame though...the casting/recast speed was very helpful, especially in a tier like t4 :/</p><p>Oh well.</p>

<p>As it was it was pretty much useless in t9, because even me with sucky gear i have 94% casting speed.  I am glad it is spell double attack.  that is really nice <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p>
