game play issue

<p>Hello,</p><p>I am completely unable to launch the game. When I click on the launcher, the game takes a long time to update (although I re-try the launcher 2 mins after it fails) and then the PLAY button appears. When I click on play, I get the launching messege, however nothing happens. Also, my character list is completely gone. Does anyone have an explanation?</p>

<p>I'm sorry, but could you explain better what I need to do. I don't understand what you are talking about. What is DXDIAG? And I really don't know where to get information about system and such? Do you mean my computer system (like windows?) or some kind of in game install system. Sorry, I'm a tech-tart, so you need to be more specific.</p>
