Support Ticket Query

<p>How long does it usually take for a support ticket to be answered? 110529-001637 has been sent 29.5.11 (albeit a Sunday) but we are now on Wednesday. It's regarding a compromised account, and it's obviously frustrating waiting to try and get this resolved. Are the support phone lines generally quick at sorting this kind of thing out (UK) as, having been absent from the game for some time, I'd like to get back in and kick some butt.</p>

Either in the game or by selecting "Search the Knowledge Base" in the upper left corner of the forum?</p>
