Spells to CA

<p>Random thought, before I got hunting for Experts and Masters.</p><p>I never bothered to look at prior and after of the CA/AA abilities after scribing a book, but does upgrading your base spells increase the damage output of their respective CA/AA abilities like it would normally increase damage of the spell? Or is it totally dependent on how many points you toss into the AA?</p>

<p>They're separate lines of advancement: Spell version app --> master; CA version 1pt --> 5pts.  The CA's make it so you don't have to get less # of master spells to "master out."  Mastering out the spell then adding 5pts to CA doesn't "stack."</p><p>Although very few players report mastering out spells as well so their DPS in ranged raids/etc. won't suffer that pull.  I am not one of those players though.</p>
