Double Tick UT Question

<p>Sorry if I missed a post about this somewhere else, but I have a quick question. </p><p>I had betrayed from a troub to a dirge awhile back, and today, I betrayed back to a troub.  Problem is, I can't remember how I had gotten Double Tick UT before.  I thought that it was an adornment or something that I had gotten in Paineel but I can't remember how I got it.  Any help would be appreciated! </p><p>Thanks a ton!</p>

<p>There is a red adorn and/or armor spec that does that, forgot what name. The red adorn is from Paineel, the Armor is expansion raid dropped. There is also an AA that gives an extra tick.</p>
