Seriously, someone please make an AA FAQ

<p>Nothing in the sticky posts here is dated later than Jan 2010. The monk forum over at EQ2flames doesn't have any useful AA info for leveling. Is there somewhere else I can find a monk AA guide? Or is EQ2 so close to dying that there's no motivation to pass on information?</p><p>I'm looking for solo leveling builds, please.  Please.</p>
