launching the game

<p>Hi,</p><p>I'm having trouble launching the game. Whenever I try clicking play the tells me that it's launching but nothing happens. I think some people had a similar problem and I tried doing a few things they suggested, like deleting the launch file, but it doesn't work. I've even deleted and re-installed the game, but no luck.</p><p>What should I do?</p>
