launchpad not working

<p>i have seen a few threads in the fourms, but none of them had any answers to to my issue.</p><p>My launchpad will start to launch but is stuck with a black screen and the SOE insignea in the middle. It just sits there for at least 1 hour and a 1/2 today befor i got tired of looking at it...If i hit the exe in the program files, it gives me an error message yadda yadda pPixelShader 00963f76 0096d00c......anybody have an idea what to do?</p><p>i have tried to repair and it tells me flash player is out of date i have reloaded 10 times........</p><p>reloaded directX multiple times</p><p>truned off fire walls</p>
