Some of my characters got this. Some I am not sure if they got it or not. One (my bruiser Ahsum) I know did NOT get it. When I went to his house in Neriak for the first time after services were restored, he had maybe 8 days or so of rent paid up. (Note: this is only his house in Neriak that should have gotten it, he got his other house that requires rent after the fact.)

It looks like my guild's guild hall may not have gotten it either... but I could be mistaken about that.

If you really need the insignificant amount of gold to pay your rent for a few weeks, send an ingame mail to Krislyn on Oasis and I'll mail you a few plat. And if your home takes status... well I can't do a writ for you but hey they aren't that difficult really and who knows, you might even get some exp or AA for running the 1 it will take.

* Actually never mind, your a 90 carpenter... how are you not rich with millions of status?

It has nothing to to do with the rent being paid..it has to do with a contract being made and then not being fulfilled for whatever reason. The trust of players dives lower on a daily basis. This entire fiasco has been handled horribly from day one. It does not bode well for the entire company. It's actually quite sad.

It is not petty. It is a valid complaint on the part of the service that is being paid for. It is frustrating and angering to be told something and believing it to be so and then having it be something entirely different.

I don't know if this was the case with the OP but I did read on other threads that if your rent was in the "negative" it didn't receive the full bonus of the free month because it had to bring it back up to even first.
