GFay, nursery bug

<p>I went to head up to the Nursery in Greater Faydark to do the Moonlight Enchantments shiny collecting.</p><p>My character came up to a point where it looked like the ground/world just cut off. Usually this is just a rendering bug, as it used to happen to me on Feerott a LOT.</p><p>Welll...... she fell through the world and got ported to a safe spot.. which was the Nursery(fae start area).  Black screen.</p><p>I cant see anything, I can't move or tell I'm moving but I could /camp. I relogged Sakiri, my mystic, and checked my bank. Just tried to relog to my warlock, and well... this.</p><p><a rel="nofollow" href="http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/5632/unledlol.png" target="_blank">http://img51.imageshack.us/img51/5632/unledlol.png</a></p><p>I am missing:</p><p>Satyrna, mid 60s paladin, dark elf.</p><p>Imora: 80 dark elf warlock, whom I was JUST on.</p><p>Nadirah: 80 fae dirge.</p><p>Any ideas?  I had tried to /camp Imora from Sakiri and it brought me to character select... with 3 of my toons missing. Including two of my level capped toons(I have up to TSO expansion so 80 is cap).</p><p>Edit:</p><p>Tried to log back into Sakiri after that screenshot was taken. Could not find character, exit game and run patcher.</p><p>Ran patcher, came back in. <p>It's also happening to this character in Gorowyn, soon as I get into the pool room coming in from the docks....</p><p>/sigh</p><p>I'm trying to get the city shinies done and it's not happening if I can't even get into one of them... /cry</p>

<p>Ok, I'm not much of one to complain, because I've never had anything but favorable responses from SoE technical and customer support but...</p><p>This is driving me up a wall.</p><p>Not only am I having repeated animation bugs, graphical bugs, falling through the world glitches, and so forth, but I'm not so much as getting a PEEP out of support staff here.</p><p>I know you guys are probably swamped by things in regards to the compromise, the sale not working, and whatever and whatnot, but this is seriously making me reconsider my plans to pick up the expansions and keep playing.</p><p>I've tried to get updates to this, I have a ticket in for one of them as I was asked to, and not a single stinking reply on either of them for two days or longer. I've lost track.</p><p>I've never had this kind of delay with support here before and it's rather disappointing. I had an account recovery dealt with faster than this, and those typically take a while.</p><p>Throw me a bone here will you? I don't even know if you guys filed in the circular filing cabinet at this point because no one is saying *anything*.</p><p>/sigh</p>
