<p>I was in game, no problemI zone out of a house, black screen, trying log in servers, unable to connect, quitNo loss in internet, nothing, just out of game like that</p><p>Then I go to restart the game, blue launcher, non-streaming:</p><p>Unable to load network configuration from: <a href="http://lp2.patch.station.sony.com:80/patch/lp2/eq2/bundles.xml" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://lp2.patch.station.sony.com:8...eq2/bundles.xml</a>Station launcher will try again after 5 seconds.</p><p>And now it's flickering that message much more than every 5 seconds.</p><p>I don't even know where to begin to start a fix given it's going to a url :S</p>

got in game using the direct launch from within the game folder... only with video glitches including the MCE monument being a hot pink cube

<p>so i'm having the same problem 4 months later. the link sends me to this page:</p><p><a href="http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/default.aspx" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/default.aspx</a></p><p>i do a search for microsoft vc++ and i get a couple possible downloads but am unsure what to download.</p><p>is there any further direction? or could you put up a direct link to the file?</p><p>thank you</p>

<p>Please make sure you are using our latest LaunchPad, run as an admin, as well.</p><p>I recommend the full download version installed over your existing EQII game folder.</p><p><a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2" target="_blank">[EQ2] LaunchPad</a></p>

<p>oh wait full reinstall of the game? darn was hoping to avoid that. it was station launcher i reinstalled, not eq2 which the link you gave sent me to. bah that stinks</p>

<p><cite>jolach wrote:</cite></p><blockquote><p>i have my SF discs still - think that'd be faster then full redownload?</p></blockquote><p>No the discs contained our oldest patcher and is no longer directly supported.</p><p>To clarify, the full download version is only a 4.5MB download.  Once you log in to it, it checks to see what files you already have before downloading the rest of the game.  If you re-use your existing EQII game folder, it will see your PAKS folder and skip any files that you have already received and updated.</p>

<p>I was having the same problem I went ahead and downloaded the newest version of the patcher for EQ2 but was wondering if there was any plans to fix the launcher, it was really nice to have per you could chat w/ friends out of game through it, use the voice chat through it and also easily access all of the games you played instead of having to run multiple launchers for all of them.  It would be really really nice to see this updated/new one put out.  Any chance for that in the near future?</p>
