keyboard not working

<p>in game my keyboard types numbers. It works fine everywhere else but in game no matter what button I push it cycles through numbers.     num lock is off.     I can not even send a petition because I can't type letters in game.   I just downloaded the game again because I had to do a recovery the other day.  I am on a pc not a laptop.    help!!</p><p>I tried another keyboard and it did the same thing. Every key cycles between 0-9....</p>
