Lots of AA, no experience. Is double experience bugged?

<p>I am a lvl 84 necromancer. I have been doing regular quests in Stonebrunt Highlands. I have 420% total experience bonus. I have gained 12 AA points. No regular levels. I have NEVER gained so many AA points per level before. Are quests bugged? I should at least be lvl 86 by now. What's going on?</p><p>My vitality is 100%. I am not in a group. I am not being mentored. I am solo, just doing quests.</p><p>It's nice to get so many AA's (I have gone from 179-191). But I'd like to level too.</p><p>(my slider is at 60%)</p><p>Thanks.</p>

<p>I seem to remember something about QUEST XP not being boosted, but killing mobs does give the boost. Try going into a dungeon area and just slaughtering everything for a bit, see what your XP bar does then.</p>

<p>I did run The Hole. Nothing doing on my experience bar. As of right now, I have 14 AA points, no level gained. If this was right, my SK who recently made lvl 90 should be maxed on her AAs since she levelled entirely at 60% slider.</p><p>I think something is off.</p>

<p>Sounds like your slider is at 100% AA.  Did you check that? </p><p>I have had my low toon go up multiple levels and get tons of AA this week with the slider set just at 50% so I don't believe that there is a problem.</p>

My friend did that yesterday.</p>

<p>Same thing is happening to one of my toons. It takes forever to move my vitality, if it moves at all. My AA slider is at 0, killing yellow mobs gives .1%. I've also completed a few quest that only gave 1%, and all xp is enabled. This happened to my wife before the servers went down last time we had dbl xp. Once dbl xp ended, she leveled just fine, but during dbl xp it was slow.</p>

<p>This double XP time and the last one did not seem to double XP on quests.  If it did it still turned out not to be worth doing quests as just doing it EQ style (mindlessly grinding mobs) gave the best XP for your time.</p>

<p>AA seems to be extreme...I've gotten more AA than I've ever gotten, slider or not.  I'm good with that as a toon is useless without AA and I now always set my toons at about 80% AA to level.  It is no fun hitting 90 and only having 120 AA...that will never happen to me again.</p><p>I would take advantage of the AA bonus and get it as high as you can before they turn it off.  Normally getting AA is such a pain that this is a welcome relief...which I'm sure they'll kill soon.  LOL.</p>

<p>I'm level 84.</p><p>I was solo.</p><p>My vitality was at 100%</p><p>My AA slider was at 60%</p><p>My adventure experience was NOT turned off.</p><p>I ended up getting 15 AA points per one level. I petitioned it and was told that was normal.</p><p>I just recently levelled my first toon to 90 at 60% AA. If gaining 15 AA points per level was normal she'd have been maxed out by 40 and she's not maxed out.</p><p>Something is bugged. I appreciate the AA, but I wanted to level too. I wish if something was offered it was offered fully or if there were restrictions (like quest exp is not dbl'ed or only AA is doubled) they would say so.</p>

<p>I was getting both AA's and levels on my toon with my slider set at zero.  I'd suggest you move your slider over towards zero for this event.</p>
