one of my characters was removed from my account

<p>This one account i have only has 1 character on it.  Coming back after the outage i log in tonight and that character is gone and the screen prompts me to create a new character.</p><p>I know the character lives because he is still in the guild list and says logged off for 17 days.</p><p>Is this a local file issue that i can fix?</p>

Check you're logging into the correct region. Since the outage some people have reported that their launcher has defaulted to the EU region for some odd reason.

<p>Yikes, i've only been playing this since 2004 and ive never seen that little drop down before today, its in a weird place and it did a weird thing.  All fixed now thanks!</p>
