pop-ups not working

<p>when quests have pop-up windows, they simply don't work consistantly. it's very very very annoying. an example is a lore and legends; when examining an item, i just get the purple text, but, no window to 'study'</p><p>please help. thanks!</p>

<p>Are you attempting to petition ingame or from an external browser?</p><p>I do recommend using an external browser.  You can open an in-game support request from the <a href="http://www.soe.com/support" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">www.soe.com/support</a> site.</p>
