Cannot log support tickets

<p>Not 100% sure this is the solution, but try going to lodge the ticket and before you add anything Hold the Ctrl key and Press F5 at the top of your keyboard. It should force a refresh; incase you have a stale page.</p>

<p>Also a note, the problem in your ticket should be solved. However still think this is another issue they need to attend to... I would test it on my browser but I don't want to clog up their CS queue. Try downloading Firefox and using that? Or Google Chrome?</p>
