<p>So change password, get into the game, game crashes. Then I can't get back in with the new password and after trying a bunch of times I get</p><p>This account is for an underage user. You are not old enough to access this game.</p><p>Well [Removed for Content], and I thought they didn't hand out driving licenses and credit cards to underage kids. Can't even find where they get information about my age, so [Removed for Content] is up with this?</p>

<p>Same issue with all my accounts, and I see no where to check birthday dates on the account management system. Come on Sony get you junk together before SOE will a thing of the past!!</p>

<p>Same problem for me. I've had the account for at least 11 years (pre-Luclin EQ1). Since the minimum age for EQ2 is 13 years old, apparently I was playing the original when I was two. <p>I am running into the same problem... I haven't even got into the game yet though. I chng'ed password, updated info, and still keep getting server error messages when I try and login..</p><p>I tried logging into my eq2 extended account, and got the underage user message there... I'm lost... I would love to take it as a compliment that SOE thinks I'm so youthful, but... I just want to get into my account!!!</p>
