Missing characters?

<p>Hello i bought EQ2 about 3 weeks or so before all this hacking stuff went down. Just trying out several classes.</p><p>When i log back in, change my password, and get into game.All my characters are gone. My mounts, bags, etc..........</p><p>How to fix this? This is most upsetting to wait this long and then not have any characters in game :/</p><p>Thanks</p><p>Onomas</p>

<p>And now im getting "this account is for underaged players" and i cant log in. Underaged? Im 37 lol.</p><p>This account and one above this post (kronos1974) are both being effected by something still.</p><p>Please assist.</p>

<p>I have the same problem.</p><p>Both my toons are gone when logging into the game for the first time since the hack. Please don't tell me they are lost...</p>
