<p><strong>TEST COPY MERCHANT</strong></p><ul><li>A Sister of War merchant has been added to Freeport North and Qeynos Harbor (next to the Scion of Discord NPCs) that sells the new PvP / Battleground armor for testing. The merchant will provide you with enough faction and coin to purchase the armor she carries.</li></ul><p> <strong>HOUSING</strong></p><ul><li>Prestige Home deeds are now Heirloom.</li></ul><p><strong>PvP GENERAL</strong></p><ul><li>Your selected language will no longer reset every time you zone on a PVP server.</li><li>Toughness no longer gives critical mitigation bonus.
