Hi, I'm just wondering, the pc I'm playing on seems to exceed the minimum system requirements, yet I'm experiencing very low fps and some pretty serious stuttering when playing. I can opperate in extreme proformance, but still experience stuttering. I'm wondering if it could be my graphics card causing this issue? Everything you posted looks up to date with only one thing I can point out that may be a part of the issue but I hesitate to say is entirely responsible. You have a total of 5GB of memory with only 3324mb of addressable space left. It's a Windows 32bit limitation as it can only address a maximum of 4GB of memory total and it sets aside addressable space for your hardware. It may be time for a 64bit operating system if available to you.However the stuttering and extremely low performance do not match up with that issue or the specifications of your system entirely. I would start by reinstalling your video card drivers just to eliminate the possibility of corruption. After that I do have a few more questions. Does the low fps and stuttering occur everywhere? Does it take a consisent amount of time to begin or is it immediate?For the sake of being thorough we can also rule out cache corruption by following the instructions below to clear out your game cache and perform a full scan.You may want to make backups and then delete the following files and folders:cache foldereq2_recent.inieq2_default.iniEverQuest2.exeeq2.iniAs well as the character specific files, these will appear as such:Servername_CharacterName_EQ2_uisettings.iniStationname_characters.iniTo do this, please follow these directions:1. Thank you for responding. I've gone through the steps you suggested and they seemed to help. Until the server started to fill up with Friday night traffic. I'm forced to believe that its not computer performance that is the issue, but isp performance. I entered New Halas on Friday night while the population was relatively high and my isp dropped me from the server. Since that's not an issue I can remedy without moving to a new location at the moment, I'll just deal with it. Thank you for taking the time to post help!

If you have time to test plugged directly in to your modem (bypassing your router) and see if you can reproduce the behavior, it might help us identify the culprit. To be thorough, check your router manufacturers website for a possible Firmware update.
