Hotfix broke my game client

<p>I am running on Vista and using the streaming client.  When I click play, the launcher closes and then it hangs.  No game window comes up, but in my task manager under processes it shows EQ2 running.  It does nto show up under applications.</p><p>Everything worked just fine last night before the patch.  I have also not been able to use the station launcher succesfully in more than a year</p>

<p>More than an hour of messing with settings and deleting files and redownloading and deleting and redownlading and I am finally online.</p><p>Thanks for the acknowledgement that foks are having various issues today!</p>
