Can't find Crushbone Server

<p>Everything works through the login page.  When I click on play the game dialog says "Could not find world Crushbone" with only an "Ok" option.  Clicking "Ok" takes me to the normal dialog about connecting to logon server #1, but hangs there.  The other error is "rejected login", but I am 10000% sure I am using the correct credentials.</p><p>Everything was fine this morning before the patch went in.</p>

<p>I'm having a strange problem with crushbone too. Not only can I not log onto the server, but half of my characters are missing. I don't know if this is related to Crushbone or not though.</p>

<p>Been having the same problem for almost an hour.  I really don't mind the downtime, because they're doing a massive update.  But what's really disconcerting is the fact that for the last hour the "Server Status Page" has shown Crushbone to be up and running.  Yet, any attempt to log in shows "Offline Server (DOWN) for Crushbone.  AND, it's only showing 4 character slots, when normally it shows 8.  </p><p>How can I have any confidence at all in the system if your gateway to determine server status says "Up" while the server has, in fact, been down for an hour, and not a single note from anyone about this has shown up in that hour.</p><p>Please, someone, tell us what's going on and what to expect.</p><p>"We're having some issues, and there's no ETA" or "Spinning up the database after such a patch always takes an additional hour, even though the server shows UP on our status"  or WHATEVER it is.  Maybe you went out for pizza and will be back later?  Something, please... we're DYINGGGGG here!</p>

<p>I too am having this problem.  Oh well guess I will make an alt on another server to play for the next time this happens.</p>

<p>OK, so a 3 hour update is scheduled.... and after 5 and a half hours of our server not even being shown (up, down or sideways) I give up and go do some RL stuff.... come back 3 hours later and still NADA!!!!!! Come on, SOE ... we deserve better than this... although we of Crushbone have really kind of become accustomed to being ignored... this is no way to run a business. What is going on?   Give us a straight freaking answer, even if it is "we don't know our backside from a hole in the ground"</p>
