Unable to contact server...

oh, and BTW, in launchpad log I get an error 2048 which could mean basically anything

<p>The fix we've had the most success with for this issue is contained within <a href="http://help.station.sony.com/cgi-bin/soe.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=28788" target="_blank">this article</a>.
