Buying DoV through the marketplace

<p>I bought the DoV digital download through the in-game marketplace.  It almost instantly gave be the ability to claim the new items (picture portals, etc). However, nothing has happened to download the expansion itself.  Is there anything else I need to do?  I'm using the EQ2 launcher, (full download version, not the streaming client.)</p>

<p>Have you logged out and back in since completing the purchase?  You may also need to log out of the website and clear your cache and cookies from your Control Panel > Internet Options.  Our LaunchPad is essentially a mini-browser and it may be caching your login prior to completing the purchase so the download isn't triggerring.  Just a hunch!</p>

<p>if you have been playing the game and just now bought DoV you prob already have it downloaded. </p><p>even if you didn't buy it when it launched you still download it you just aren't flagged for access to it.  if you were able to claim the stuff that comes with it, go to your house and place the portal paintings and click one to see if you zone over.</p>
