Bind in new zone

<p>Hello!, i just want to bind in big bend other FP zone but dont find the quest that gives "<span >Set Recall Point".</span></p><p>Can anyone tell me how to do plz?.</p><p>Thanks!.</p>

Quest was removed and the spell given to everybody, press 'K' and you'll find your binding spell on the same tab as the Call of Home spell.
