<p>I can't tell you why our servers come offline when it isn't something we planned ahead of time.  I do apologize for any inconvenience downtime may cause but we do not schedule daily downtime (we have a weekly patch schedule) but unplanned outages can occur and I can assure you it has not been happening every day, all day, all year as you say.</p>
