Can Not Hear with Voice Chat

<p>(I know you get this all the time but its annoying me)</p><p>First, I turned off my firewalls, antivirus, open the ports to Vivox..</p><p>I tried different headsets. I screwed around with the Input/output in the VC advanced section aswell as in the properties on my controll panel.</p><p>My issue I'm having is.. I can talk to people perfectly fine, i see that im in VC... however, I can not hear anyone.. then every once and awhile i will hear someone talk for a second then it will stop for a few hours...</p><p>In the Input/output setting I have my Mic set up to my C-USB TRITON hub, but it will not allow me to use it for my output.. so i put it to my speakers then my other headset then to my sound card still no luck..</p><p>I switched everything to default and plugged in a pair of speakers and mic to my base sound driver(not the xfi) i can still hear game sounds and game music, I can still talk to my guild, groups, etc.. But I can not hear them...</p><p>Any Ideas?</p>
