<p>Can we make Head Crush Lower Casting Speed instead of Lower Focus?</p><p>instead of Lowering Focus, can it instead lower Casting Speed of Target by 1% for every focus?</p><p>Monks got there AE changed to 50% Casting Speed, Ours Should be Casting Speed As well since its an Anti Mage spell.</p>
