Shadow of the betrayed BUG

<p>Hello currently my tailor is on the miraguls tradeskill instance portion of the quest and every time i zone in , everything is black.</p><p>cant see a single thing and no timer in the quest window . as you can guess i have obviously done this quest a few times and this is the first time i have run into this issue.</p>

<p>I just did this two days ago and everything was fine, maybe your video card is having trouble with the zone?</p>

<p>Did you try turning off Shadows 3 if you have them on (or turn them on if you have them off). It looks a lot like some early bugs I got with those shadows before switching them off.</p>

<p>well i havent changed anything from the previous times i have successfully done it so that will be my next step, ill report back here  if it works</p>

<p>welp the turning on shader3.0 did the trick. the game does look better but its common for me to get weird geometry in the sky with it on.</p><p>the thing im wondering about is why did i need it on this time but not the last time i did the quest . not really important i know but if i knew why it might make tr9ouobleshooting the problem easier next time  ( since i did not even remember shader 3.0)</p><p>thanks for the help btw you rock</p>

<p>You're welcome. I had the same kind of bug but reversed with Frostfell when Shadows 3 were implemented on Test the first time. I zoned into the "Klak-anon" instance of MacScroogle with shadows 3 on and the whole zone was pitch black depending on the angles you looked at it (as in true black). Turning them off did the trick, so I thought you may have had the same problem.</p><p>Glad you were able to do the quest!</p>
