Well, most of the time its just a pain but still in some fights its a realy handy proc but still, I think I might need a change.

As most know its a hate position proc and I know alot ditch it cause when ur not tanking (OT) its just a irretating and even dangerous proc. Add something else, stoneskin, pure threat, a ward ? well ya get my point. Edit btw as my first thoughts about it tbh suck hehe

Positional hate procs are of absolutely no use when you are top of the hate list, just saying.

Hm just trying to figure out something that should make the proc more useful. But aye when I think of it most of the time u REALY need the proc the mob probably turned that back towards you so yaa...

Tbh remove the hate proc and add something more usefull... just pure threat or stoneskin for one hit.

Or make it an amped up version of the "weaker" SF hate procs, the Malice line, damage + pure threat instead of positional. Less suicidal to offtanks (and the raid in general) and still helpful to Main Tanks for keeping an agro lead.

At least in SF I found myself using Malice items a lot more than Ire items (because they were both more common and less selfdestructive)

Ire procs are just generally speaking terrible. As a tank, you are in one of three positions in terms of aggro. You either have aggro already (in which case a positional proc does nothing), are not tanking (in which case the ire proc is obnoxious and actively deleterious to the raid), or you are trying to gain aggro (in which case a positional proc is useful).

The problem is that the one time period when a positional proc is actually useful--when you've just lost aggro and are trying to get it back--normally only lasts a few seconds, certainly not enough time for a proc to be reliably useful. Rancorous/Virulent ire are just plain bad.

or add it if in front of the mob its a + positional.. and if its in the back of a mob its a - positional.

The Ire procs are situational, like many other procs. That doesn't mean they are useless.

Sure, it doesn't help when you have agro already. Sure, it's detrimental when you don't want to have agro (in which case you just use an item with a different adornment). But it's great for getting back up the hate list on memwiping mobs while one of the other tanks is holding the mob.

They are good for when two tanks need to hate swap for aggro dropping mobs, also the best way for OT to use this adorn.

Put the adornment on a Bow - (can be swapped during battle) Meming add pops ire proc bow on tank it...mob dead swap back bows and back on main named without taking aggro. Repeat each time any add pops that can mem off you.
