<p>Just an observation... I'm a level 90 necro with 241 AAs and DoV PQ armor so nothing special equipment-wise. I find that I can never decrease my mana pool. When soloing, grouping or even doing the PQs I cast all of my spells as fast as they re-pop and my mana never goes below 100%. I do have my Lich mastered so I'm sure that has something to do with it. So the question is do you other necros also see this? Maybe your spell reuse is way way higher than mine due to raid gear and you actually do see your mana bar go down? It would be neat to use this "extra" mana in some fashion to be useful to a group.</p>

<p>Nothing new, Lich will never let you go out of power unless the mob drains it.</p>

<p>I can't speak for the DoV raid content, but during PQ's you are not locked in combat so you are getting out of combat regen +Lich at all times. Pretty nice.</p><p>In group zones though, unless its like another poster said and the mob mana drains, I never get a chance to see my power get low.</p>
