You can actually completely skip all the rest of the tradeskill quests if all you want is the mount. If you want the Coldain Prayer Shawl, the final quest reward from the Othmir tradeskill quests will give you a gear piece to help with the final combines.</p>

<p>On my high level adventurer I did the othmir quests before I could fly.  However, if you are on a high level crafter, low level adventurer, you might find it easier to get your flying mount before you do the othmir area quests.  It is a lot easier getting past the mobs by flying.</p>
