SK FD broken

<p>Several of us in the SK channel have noticed that our FD isn't working. We hit the button, the picture on the taskbar button highlights like it's firing off, but no FD happens. It's not an FD fail because we can still use it right away. It just never registers.</p>

<p>my 39 SK's mortal embrace II (master) works fine.  what level & tier is your spell?  that info might help the devs figure out what is broken.</p>
