Launcher is stuck Please help

<p>I had a problem with the launcher not being able to find the skin folder.   So I completly deleted all of eq2 and the launcher to see if I could fix the problem</p><p>Now when I am runnign the launcher for the download I am getting this message. </p><p>There was a problem confirming the size of the file C:ProgramDataSony Online EntertainmentInstalled GamesEverQuest IIlp_tempUIDefaulteq2ui_newcharscene2.xml.</p> <p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;">Station launcher will try again after 5 seconds.</p><p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;"> </p><p style="margin: 0px; text-indent: 0px;">Please tell me what I can do to fix this.  It comes up over and over again</p>

<p>That is our older Station Launcher and issues like this may not always be easily resolved.  There are a few community supplied workarounds like extracting the file specified directly, or deleting it and allowing Station Launcher to redownload the file.  However, my suggestion has to be to make the transition to our latest up to date LaunchPad for Everquest 2.</p><p>It comes in a full download version (entire game is downloaded up front) and a streaming version which downloads while you play.</p><p><a href="http://launch.soe.com/eq2" target="_blank">[EQII] LaunchPad</a></p>
