Streaming client / launch pad doesn't show character names

<p>My streaming client doesn't show my character names. I tried various workarouds, like cleaning cache and the server switch trick, but still the list stays empty.</p><p>Any other suggestions?</p>

<p>We are aware of the issue that is affecting many people such as yourself.  I, too, cannot see my characters on the LaunchPad when I'm at home.  We're working on identifying what is preventing the LaunchPad from retreiving the information from the server and a fix will be included in a future update as soon as we have resolved the issue.</p>
